We do not store sensitive payment card details; payments are handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant processors (Stripe & Razorpay).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide, maintain, and personalize your AI content generation studios, process subscriptions, and communicate essential service notifications.

3. AI Processing & Data Protection (GDPR / CCPA)

Your Brand Kit details and generation prompts are transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS to our AI execution proxies. We do NOT sell your data, and we do not use your private customer prompts to train public AI foundational models.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated Brand Kit data at any time by emailing support@growvia.me.
